Calliope's facilities are located at 150 Main Street in Boylston, MA, in a former church building that has been transformed into a performing arts center.

General parking for Calliope is located across the street. However, handicapped and service parking is available in front of the building. A wheelchair ramp on the left side of the building allows for easy entry to the front of the seating area.

The downstairs backdoor can be reached from the street behind the building. The downstairs facilities (dressing rooms and two bathrooms) are accessible either via stairs next to the stage or via the backdoor.

The Calliope box office is located to the left of the lobby. The box office opens one hour before each performance. Ticket reservations may be picked up and paid for there.

The concession is on the right. The concession offers snacks, desserts and drinks before each show and during intermission. The menu varies according to the seasons and the theme of each show.

Calliope's theatre provides seating for an audience of 150. Risers offer improved visibility to the rear seats. There are three building exits from the main seating area: to the lobby at the rear, and to the left and right at the front. Access to the facility's two bathrooms is via the stairs to the left of the stage. The facility has both heating and air-conditioning.
